Vegetables

“We abuse land because we regard it as a commodity belonging to us. When we see land as a community to which we belong, we may begin to use it with love and respect.”

–   Aldo Leopold

On our farm, we grow roughly 250 different varieties of produce and 40 different distinct types of vegetables.

Every single item we offer is grown with love and care by us – at Wildwood.

Wildwood Farm is Certified Naturally Grown. Being Certified Naturally Grown means that our growing practices are aligned with the National Organic Program standards for Organic certification. The biggest difference between Organic certification and Certified Naturally Grown, is that CNG specifically excludes large corporate farms. CNG is a certification meant for small family farms, serving their communities. We go through an annual peer-review inspection process, and we get the opportunity to inspect other farms. It’s a win-win for everybody involved, and we love it.  It’s a growing movement that we feel fortunate to be a part of!
